Refund policy

When refunds are available

You may request a refund within 7 days of your donation if the amount was debited twice, entered incorrectly, or made without your authorisation. Refunds may also be issued if a campaign is cancelled or found to be in breach of our terms.

How to request

Email support@niswartham.org with your receipt number and reason. We respond within 3 working days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days. Refunded amounts are removed from the campaign's raised total.

80G certificates

If a refund is issued, any 80G certificate for that donation becomes void.
