Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what a receipt legally requires, and nothing else. We never sell or share a donor list.
What we collect
Name, email address, mobile number and (only if you choose to give it) PAN. For donations we also store the amount, date and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials — those stay with the payment gateway.
Why we collect it
To issue your receipt and 80G certificate, to comply with the record-keeping our registrations require, and to tell you what happened to the case you funded. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or exchange donor data with any other organisation, fundraiser or agency. We do not run retargeting advertising on donor lists.
Analytics
We use standard website analytics to understand which pages are read. This data is aggregated and is not linked to your donation record.
Removing your data
Write to info@littleflowerleprosy.org and we will remove you from all communication immediately. Donation records themselves must be retained under statutory audit requirements.
