What we collect
Donors: name, email, mobile number, and PAN if you request an 80G certificate. NGOs: organisation details, contact details and registration documents. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details.
How we use it
To process donations, send receipts, enable NGOs to issue 80G certificates, verify NGOs, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Donor name, email and (if provided) PAN are shared with the NGO you donate to, so it can acknowledge your gift and issue 80G certificates. If you choose to donate anonymously, your name is hidden from public pages.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers. NGO documents are not publicly accessible.
