How funds move
Platform fee: 5%Deducted from each donation to cover NGO verification, payment-gateway charges and operations. Shown to donors before they pay.
Settlement period: 15 daysDonations are held for 15 days before they become available for payout, so refunds and payment disputes can be settled first.
Payout to verified bank accountCleared funds are transferred to the NGO's verified bank account. NGOs can see raised, fees, refunds and payouts on their dashboard.
